PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND SLOWLY!
- Your commission is strictly ONLY for personal use!
- Only slight minor changes after I start the coloring. Any major changes will be counted as full revision and incur a +100% fee
- Finished pieces are allowed to be reposted with proper credits AND strictly glazed one only
- Full payment upfront only then I will start on the sketchPAYMENTS
After receiving the invoice, payment must be done within the set deadline (or a maximum of 30 days). Failure to do so will result in cancellation.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
I'll finish the artwork at my set time (usually 7-14 days depending on difficulty). If the client want the commissioned work to be quicker (ex. 3-5 days) then there will be extra charges.REVISIONS
- Maximum of three (3) revisions allowed during the entire process. Major revisions like redoing the entire commissioned work from scratch or redoing half of the entire work will only be accepted ONCE during the rough sketch/thumbnail phase.
- Afterwards only small adjustments are allowed. During the coloring stage no revision is allowed EXCEPT for color change or adjustment.
- Additional revision will incur extra charges.USE
For personal commission: Clients are allowed to use as a profile picture. BUT when posting on social media clients should only post the glazed version.
For commercial commission (streaming or content use): Clients are allowed to use per agreement. Client should state beforehand what or where they'll be using the commissioned work.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens. Use of the artwork for any advertising profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
- Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for AI or machine learning. Use of the artwork for anything associated with AI or machine learning is strictly prohibited.
- I have the right to post the artwork as commission samples unless explicitly asked to be made private.
Clients are prohibited from using or reproducing the commissioned work for profit, for example key chain, poster, lanyard, digital file, enamel pin, pin badge, etc. Unless agreed otherwise.NO REFUNDS
Exception is if I am unable to fulfill/deliver the commission
